Four new directors lead Montlaur into the future
It’s the beginning of a new financial year and Montlaur Project Services continues to expand nationwide. Reflecting this growth, we are proud to announce a dynamic team of four new directors and a new role of CEO.
The appointments unveil a young team for an energetic company: the new directors are aged between 29 and 35.
Andrew Murray has been promoted to head our expanding presence in Sydney across all sectors. Leading both sales and delivery, Andrew is also responsible for projects in New South Wales and the ACT.
Lucy Symington will lead our Commercial sector work nationally, Rocky De Pace heads up Education and Retail, and Courtney Simmonds now leads the team nationally on Marketing, Communications and Submissions.
Montlaur Executive Director Leon Lachal says the appointments represent a new partnership, building a strong leadership to move Montlaur forward.
“We’ve done a lot of work on our strategic direction and with the national growth of the business we recognised the need to expand our senior leadership team,” Leon says.
The new appointments join four existing directors – Leon Lachal, Richard Hume, Brian Miller and Christian Gunnersen.
Complemented by the appointment of a new CEO, Jason Buchanan, the promotions enable our new directors, who share 29 years experience at Montlaur, to give due focus to their areas of specialisation.
They also reflect the dynamic culture at Montlaur, especially when it comes to gender diversity. Two of the four appointments are women, in line with the even gender split right across the company.
