In 2008, Holding Redlich committed to relocating their headquarters to the new St James Square redevelopment at 555 Bourke Street, in the heart of Melbourne’s legal precinct.
As anchor tenant for the redevelopment, the developer added 2 new purpose built floors to the existing structure in addition to undertaking a full refurbishment of the remaining floors.
Montlaur facilitated the lease terms as well as managed the integration of Holding Redlich’s accommodation which was completed in 2012.
