VicSuper Fund is a public offer, not-for-profit fund that is managed solely in the interests of its members. With sustainability at the core of all operational and financial decisions, VicSuper had the opportunity to define and create a new platform for the future by investing in its new accommodation project.
The project involved a 2 floor fitout incorporating the base building’s ESD requirements. The construction works were delivered within an 8 week duration under a fixed lump sum contract.
Montlaur relocated VicSuper from 90 Collins Street in May 2014 over a single weekend, facilitating a seamless business as usual transition.
The project achieved a 5 Star Green Star Office Interiors rating.
